Restorative Yoga

Join me for a guided restorative yoga class. This relaxing experience only requires a few pillows and blankets - and even better if you have bolsters and blocks but not necessary. The main objective will be to relax into gentle poses that allows your nervous system to relax, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the body and mind.
