These classes are very ideal for the absolute beginner yogi in mind. No need to be flexible. No need to have even tried yoga before!

With a blend of yoga technique and style, I will guide and provide you with a practice that improves your breathing, increases strength, improves flexibility and most importantly helps you to RELAX!

Your sessions are comprised of meditation, yoga practice and a relaxing savasana at the end to ensure you are feeling rested and relaxed for the rest of your day.
