Beginner Yoga

Join me for the perfect introduction to yoga--absolutely no experience required, and no equipment required!

Yoga is simply about opening up our body, to create more space for breath to circulate. And breath is life.

In this one-hour session, we will learn 10 foundational yoga poses, which I can modified for any body type or ability. I will teach you the exact way to get into the pose, while explaining how the pose benefits our bodies, in very simple terms.

Along the way, I will teach you simple 'yoga hacks' to implement in everyday life. For example, an easy trick to help you have perfect posture while sitting in a chair.

We will also practice breathing techniques, which activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System to help your body stay relaxed and stress-free.

After our session, I will email you a recap of the poses we practiced, which will include pictures and directions so that you can continue your practice at home.

I have introduced yoga to hundreds of clients throughout the year, and am so grateful to make this practice easy and accessible to all!
