Join me for Yoga for Toned Arms!
Yoga is about connecting breath and movement and as an added benefit it can do great things for your body.
I have found that through my yoga practice I have developed more upper body strength and more control of my body to help me with things like push ups, pull ups, and every day movements.
In this one-hour session, we will work on yoga poses that focus on toning and sculpting the upper body and arms.
