Strong Hatha Yoga

Class is based on classical yoga. I learned from a line of teachers who studied with Desikachar, and Sri Dharma Mittra. Some yoga experience is preferred, although, I suggest variations of poses suitable for most folks. The focus for this class is to find the stira and sukha, strength and ease, effortful and effortless, ha tha, in each and every pose. Class ends with a lengthy savasana, pranayama, and dhyana practice.
