Yin Yoga to Release Frustation

This Yin Yoga sequence is for anyone who wants to let go of what no longer serves them. Frustration, anger, and tension arise from holding on to something that one may actually need to let go of. In Chinese Medicine, the element of Wood is linked to anger and so we will be working with the gallbladder and liver meridian points. The asanas practiced in this sequence will harmonize the energy flow in the body and will assist in releasing stuck energies that are holding you back. There is no need for props except a couple of pillows and a blanket if you're called to use them.
