This class is focusing on the balancing of the 7 major chakras using Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga works with the myofascial tissues and the five Chinese elements. You may experience the release of emotions and or thoughts that have been stuck in your body or creating stagnancy in your reality when practicing this sequence. This is a great thing! It allows for the Kundalini to flow in your body harmoniously up through the chakras from the Muladhara Chakra (the first chakra) up through the Sahasrara Chakra (your crown). This supports the unity oh Shakti, another name for the kundalini energy, with Shiva also known as Divine Consciousness.
