I combine Vinyasa with Restorative yoga practices to create an experience tailored to your needs.
I specialize in helping women move from feeling uncomfortable in their skin and stuck in negative self talk to feeling at home in their bodies and aligned with their intuition. I am passionate about helping women to move beyond body image concerns, strengthen their recovery from disordered eating, and learn to trust and love their bodies again after traumatic experiences.
