During this 60 minute session, I will take you through a full body workout meant to help you strengthen/sculpt your muscles and lose body fat. The session will include:
- A comprehensive warm-up to get your blood pumping, mobilize your joints, and increase range of motion
- 3 complete sets of strength exercises to build muscle
- a 5 minute cardio circuit to maximize fat burn
- a comprehensive cool down and stretch
NOTE: You will need at least 2 dumbbells of different weights. Something lighter and something heavier.
