High Intensity Steady State (HISS) Flow

Do you love yoga, but also want to tone your muscles and get your heart-rate up? HISS Yoga is for you!

In this 60 minute session, you'll experience an energizing and centering yoga flow that will challenge your muscles while connecting your movements with your breath. This is a full body workout meant to increase your strength as well as your mobility/flexibility, so you can progress your yoga practice and live a more active life.

Note: This session is best for those who have practiced yoga at moderate or higher intensities.
