Gentle Chair Yoga

Gentle chair yoga can be practiced by almost anyone at any age. Sit in a chair, or use the chair as a prop for balance while gently moving the torso and limbs.

Breathing practices help improve respiration. Yoga poses help with joint mobility, muscle stiffness, and build strength and stability. Meditation practice helps relax the mind.
