Mindfulness Meditation (3 Sessions)

Are you interested in learning meditation techniques that will help you reduce stress and anxiety, yet requires little to no experience?

Each 1 hour session will empower you to lead a more mindful life as well as offer tools for you to:

*Commit to your daily meditation practice
*Explore a variety of mindfulness exercises you can practice anywhere
*Learn how to add playfulness to your structured meditation practices

Upon completion, you will be able to use mindfulness to perform everyday task and alleviate stress.
