Yoga For Building Strength

This is power yoga, but on YOUR level. You need not be strong to start building strength. We begin with invigorating sun salutations from the Ashtanga tradition. Throughout the practice I will teach postures that strengthen your arms, core, legs and confidence. I will also slip in some body weight exercises so that you're working out (without even knowing it). Mid-way through the session I will guide you into safe, heart-opening backbends, and then lead you back down to earth with some deep stretches, integration and guided relaxation. This is my favorite way to teach.
