Traditional Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga focuses on strenght and stability in order to balance our whole body. It is a traditional and actually authentic yoga style which includes and describes asanas in our practice.

My classes usually looks like a workshop providing step by step guidance following by personal adjustment (in this case verbal). You can learn about benefits of asanas, anatomy.

Phase of class is usually slower. We stay in asanas for a couple of breaths to be aware of ourselves. Level of class can be optional.
