YIN yoga

I am taking you into a journey of YIN yoga, where contemplation of your energetic body and awareness of the deeper layers of fascia, tendons and joints become the norm. We will contemplate this physicality from a different perspective by allowing emotions, feelings and thoughts collapse into the now moment that will reset you completely.
We will slow down and allow the body to unwind.

This is not just passive stretching it goes all the way into withheld and stuck energy; the flow of CHI and becoming aware of the movement moment by moment harbors joy and unprecedented presence; we are all now and the amount of joy or sadness that fills us is just of a reflection of our chosen perspective.
