This is a gentle Hatha Yoga class, perfect for beginners, but also if you have already experiences with yoga. I will explain every pose detailed and take the time to keep my eyes on you and help you to get into every Asana properly. The class will help you to find your inner center & peaceful place, build up strength - physically but also mentally through breathing and basic, grounding Asanas. The goal is to find a moment of connection to yourself and your body again, learn about Yoga and yourself and maybe even give you the tools to practice more and more by yourself.
I always need to talk to you first to find out what are your special needs, problems and goals and will adjust my class to your individual needs. If you want to I will guide you through a short mediation in the beginning or in the end as well.
Please give yourself and myself some time to get to know each other, as you will get the best benefits out of my class if we can find a base of trusting each other.
