Hatha Flow Yoga

-This class is ideal for beginners & intermediate students, adjustments can be made to correspond to your level and your needs.
-The class focuses on combining the physical postures (asanas) with the breath as you move from one posture to the next.
-This is a hatha based class where to postures and movements are connected through a flow.
-The class is brought to a close with a guided relaxation.
