1:1 Yoga for Back Pain

In these sessions we will target your area of pain, specifically taking into consideration your body & its boundaries. We will discuss the area of injury or damage, your goal and your movement abilities. Classes will be built upon this information to ensure that you are getting the most of out of each session.
