Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a practice based on the Kosha System- The Layers of our being. The tools of yoga are used to create balance and awareness in all of your layers so that you can function optimally. Techniques utilized include posture, breath work, chanting, meditation & concentration techniques, lifestyle changes or journaling. The sessions will work toward creating an effective home practice that you can utilize to reach your own health goals.
