Gentle Restorative Yoga for Anxiety and Sleep

My sessions will help you to feel more calm and relaxed. There is no need to have a level of physical fitness as this session will work on the the mind and nervous system through a series of held postures, using props which you can find around the home. We'll work on:
Breathwork
Mindful Meditation
Relaxation
Gentle Restorative poses to open the body and calm the mind.

You'll feel more relaxed and calmer. I can offer this session before bed so that you can then just go to bed straight after.
