Vinyasa

Yoga focuses on a system of exercises aimed to stretch, strengthen, tone and align the whole body. It also goes beyond physical fitness and moves into mental fitness whereby it creates a state of mental calmness and emotional stability.

During these Vinyasa sessions, you will be guided through a flow which synchronizes the breath with movement. These sessions will be tailored to suit your individual needs and capabilities.

I can also tailor the style of the Vinyasa sessions to your needs; the sessions can be full body focused or themed for example hip opening, backbending etc.
