Hello there, I am a Personal Trainer with more than 10 years of experience. I have a B.Sc degree in nutritional sciences and I am a licensed Registered Dietitian RD from Israel.
My training sessions are based mainly on body weight which makes them practical for everyone since there is a need for sports clothing and a mat only!
The training sessions goals and achievements are to increase muscle mass, improve strength, mobility, stability, coordination, asist with a weight loss process when you wish to preserve muscle mass and lose fat and more.
