In this class we will focus on combining the two elements, using a medium-high bpm and muscle strength.

This is a great choice for anyone interested in toning and shaping! Right after the workout you will feel strong and full of energy :)

All you need is a towel, a small bottle of water and a yoga mat (or any other non-slip mat). see you there!
