We will begin the session with a guided meditation to drop into our bodies and out of our heads. We will then dive deep into sensual yin yoga. Sensual yin yoga combines traditional yin yoga with a focus on breath, awareness, sound and touch, allowing for a deeper release and even more pleasure.
