Embodiment is the feeling of wholeness. It is complete trust and surrender to all that you are. Embodiment practice is the key to falling in love with ALL parts of yourself (even the shadowy parts that you aren't so proud of). In this introductory embodiment class, we explore meditations, movement and embodiment practices that you can use on a regular basis to drop into your body and to connect with your emotions, your sensuality and your intuition.
