I am a yogi, creative consultant, and writer based in gorgeous upstate New York.
I teach with the tenet that there is a yoga for every body. No matter age, weight, mobility issues, or even injuries—there are poses, modifications, and breathing exercises that can help students embody the yogic practice of moving meditation.
I work with my private clients to create customized sequences that are tailored to their abilities and goals. In my group classes, I offer different levels of variations for poses so students can listen to their bodies' inner wisdom to find the right pose for them, allowing space for each student to leave our sessions feeling successful in their practice.
