It’s life balance and wellbeing that attracted me to yoga. After all, yoga teaches us the art of being present, self-care and nurturing our soul with meditation and our breath.
I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade now, after completing my 200-hr yoga teacher training with Sivananda yoga, in 2010.
Since then I have become interested in mindful living and thus completed an eight-week long mindfulness course at the Brussels Mindfulness Institute.
My teaching styles include hatha yoga, yin, prenatal & postnatal yoga.
