Having discovered yoga over 10 years ago, I am passionate about sharing the power of yoga, and empowering others to pursue their goals through the confidence, strength, balance, and self control found in the practice. I am dedicated to sharing a yoga practice that prepares students to adapt to real life challenges and everyday stressors through creating space for mental and physical growth. I wholeheartedly believe that greater change is reachable through the empowerment and inward focus gained through yoga.
