If you are new to yoga or have tried it before in a traditional studio or gym and weren't comfortable there, I'm here to help you feel at ease when practicing yoga. Yoga is accessible for most people but unfortunately the media has a stereotype of what the "perfect" yogi looks like which deters many people from trying it.
Each session is personalized to fit your abilities and needs. You will receive an introduction into what yoga is all about and be guided into the most commonly used poses.
At first the sessions will be at a slower pace so that you can master the poses. As you feel comfortable the intensity can be increased as you progress. You will increase your mobility, flexibility, strength and learn to manage stress and anxiety through proper breathing techniques.
