8 years ago I was a heavy drinker and ate crap. I quit drinking, cleaned up my eating and started the C25k program. I ran my first 5k in 2011 and fell in love with running. I dropped the weight pretty fast with my lifestyle change and decided I wanted to help other women do the same. That is when I started getting certified to help others.
