Sherrell is a trauma-informed wellness educator who has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2010.
During her enlistment in the Army, Sherrell began experiencing excruciating pain in her lower back. Her doctor recommended yoga and that recommendation along with a renewal of her faith in God transformed her life. She knows what it feels like to practice yoga with health challenges. Her style is gentle enough for beginners and challenging for seasoned yoga practitioners.
Sherrell Is registered with the National Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and Holy Yoga (R-HYI). She specializes in:
