Om Shantih, My name is Narayani and I will be your Sampoorna yoga instructor. Sampoorna Yoga is the yoga of fullness it refines and purifies all aspects of the human personality through asanas, meditation, and breathwork all of which are important daily exercises to keep you relaxed, recharged, and happy. My classes will include sun salutations, forward/backward bends, inversions, and twist. Being certified under shri yogi hari of the Sivananda lineage has given me techniques used by yogis passed down through generations.
