Yoga came to me as an escape from a busy and stressful life in London in 2012. I had tried yoga before as an adult, but had never needed it so badly. I was working in a finance job involving long hours and a lot of pressure. To me it offered a break, an escape from all the responsibilities and tasks of the day.
It made such a profound impact on my mindset and mental health, that in 2018 I decided to become a teacher and help other people experience the space that can be found through yoga. All of my classes are structured in a way to help you find some breathing space from your daily life.
With the technology we have available today, I welcome the opportunity to connect to students outside my geographical location and help as many people as possible achieve some space from the everyday.
