I am a body nerd who has a range experience in the fields of dance, yoga, pilates, and performance coaching.
I have had a steady Yoga practice since 2006 and am continuously studying the practice. I have a degree in dance, which opened up the pathways to Pilates and Yoga, in which I also have a diploma.
I regularly visit India to study in Mysore with Ashtanga Guru Sharath Rangaswarmy, and in December 2017 received my blessing to teach the Ashtanga Yoga method - Authorization level 2.
I travel and teach, working with a range of people, from ballerinas to body-builders. Loving the way each body is totally unique!
