Hannah Gallagher

A lifelong yoga and meditation practitioner, Hannah believes a balanced state of being awakens us to fully embrace the divine in every living experience. Hannah practices Tantra, the yoga of dynamism, the ancient art of Ayurveda, “yoga science,” and Thai Therapeutic Massage. She believes movement is the universal language and feels it is a privilege to share this sacred knowledge.
 
Hannah has shared yoga for five years and has experience with all ages and body types. She offers Prana Vinyasa, a diversely influenced yoga practice synthesized by Shiva Rea. Accessible for all levels, Prana Vinyasa explores body alignment through fluid, primal and circular movement- the intelligent sequences empower and rejuvenate practitioners.
