Mindful Hatha Yoga & Meditation (1.5 hours)

We will cover a wholesome sequence of dynamic warm-ups, mantra chanting, postures(asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and a meditation. Through our session together, we will learn to move and rest in awareness throughout the practice. Whether you're an absolute beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you are absolutely welcome to be a part of this class.
