Join me to explore our connection with food, develop your awareness while eating and be present inside your body. This experience is for anyone who wants to be more mindful of their eating habits and intention. In addition, this is a very beneficial practice for people with a kind of eating disorder or emotional eating.
How does it work ?
We will work together about your connection with food (emotional, mental and physical). After that, I will guide you towards your exploration of being present while eating. To consciously choose when to eat a certain food or drink with full awareness and gratitude, to bring good energy inside your body. The practical part of this meeting will be a guided meditation for reconnecting with food, using fruits you have at home.
Who am I ?
I'm Idit Nissenbaum, a spiritual multimedia artist, sacred feminine photographer, yoga teacher, women’s circles' facilitator and the creator of Self-Love Portrait Podcast.
My healing journey started in 2017 after dealing with bulimia and depression. I learned how to love myself unconditionally and live life fully in my potential. Practicing mindful eating was one of the most beneficial techniques in my healing journey, and now I’m very happy to share it with others.
