This is my favorite yoga class to teach. It’s a very special class combined with a guided meditation for self-love & deepens your connection with your body.
This practice is all about acceptance and unconditional love, to heal your connection with your body with movement, breathe and touch.

Your body is your temple of your soul, let’s treat it this way. Embrace all your parts and love them.

I will guide you through very gentle yin postures, and you will listen to your breath, feel your body inside & out, touch yourself and feel the wholeness of your soul inside your temple.
