Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation

As we flow through postures, we create space through the places where we once were stuck- physically or mentally. We all are aware of the benefits of Yoga, with my sessions, I invite you to experience it firsthand and find that beauty of exploring the balance between the mind and body.

Sessions will be designed as per your needs and expectations, be it an invigorating Ashtanga vinyasa flow, power yoga or a calming restorative yin session. I also incorporate a lot of Pilates and core building movements in the sessions if that interests you.

If diving deep into breathing and meditative practices is something you are looking at, you shall be guided through all the types of pranayama(stimulating, tranquilizing and balancing ) and Meditations be it Yoga Nidra, Chidakasha Dharana, Antar Mouna..to name a few.
