Hi everyone and welcome! I used to suffer from back pain, herniated/ slipped disks for years but yoga helped me release the pain and strengthen that area. If you are dealing with back pain daily or even from time to time after siting for long hours, I can help you release the pain and work towards recovery.
So this 1 hour class is designed specifically for anyone suffering from back pain, sciatica pain, disk herniation or lower body soreness. We are gonna enjoy gentle stretches to loosen up the muscles plus adding some strength exercises that are gonna help you keep a correct posture and maintain a healthy spine.
