This is not a regular yoga class. If you're looking for a general-all-around class to take every week, this isn't it.
This is a break-through class. It's intended to give you the tools you will need to progress your handstand to the next level. Plan to take notes and to spend at least a month (maybe two) working on the material before coming back for another lesson.
Both beginner and experienced students are welcome. But be prepared, full-on, free-standing handstands might NOT be the next step in your journey. We'll cover techniques for how to practice smarter not harder, but your success will still require patient, persistent effort.
We will cover:
-How to protect the shoulders and wrists
-How to absorb a fall
-How to use the whole body for strength and balance
