Slow Flow Yoga

Slow flow gives students enough time to properly adjust/ align themselves in the postures, giving them time to explore their bodies and enjoy the benefits, while also preventing future injuries.

Flowing with slow and long deep breaths provides the students a grounding experience. Taking long deep breaths calms and clear our minds, helping with focus and balance, as well as bringing more oxygen to our body. These classes are a meditative experience where you can really tune out the outside world and come to a place of relaxation and connectedness to yourself and your breath.
