Jessica is a yoga therapist who specializes in helping clients sleep better and get more rest. During the session, she addresses not just the problem itself but works to help you break through old patterns and trauma to help learn tools to heal. You will learn yogic techniques including yoga nidra (yogic sleep--one of the few things that can substitute deep sleep), meditation, movement and breathing exercises, as well as nutrition and self-care suggestions from an Ayurvedic point of view—all which help you achieve better sleep and deeper rest and relaxation.
