Hatha Flow (Themed)

My Hatha Flow Class will have a different theme each week, this can range from focusing on specific poses like wheel or a more abstract like going into the Chakras. In My Hatha Flow classes, we start with a short mindful meditation (1-2 mins) then gently warm the body, before going into deeper stretches and dynamic practice. Then we finish with a nice restful Savasana to leave you feeling worked and rejuvenated.
