During this 1 hour-long class if for releasing tightness, tension & discomfort in the feet, knees and pelvis - joints jogging, running and walking affect particularly.
I turn to a class like this when I feel that my running on the road or pavements results in tightness and tension in my hips, knee-joints and legs.
After this class your body should feel lighter and more comfortable to be in; 'looser' and nourished. It's also quite relaxing, which we all need sometimes as well.
This is great to do online from the privacy of your own space so that you can roll into bed afterwards if you like!
As this is a private 1:1 class, I will tailor it to your level of comfort. I provide variations on each pose in order for you and your body to find its place.

Props: a rolled-up towel or blanket. 2 blocks or thick books if you have them.
