The classes are organised in weekly themes so you can develop your practice in stages. This also gives you the chance to repeat postures and sequences allowing you to refine your awareness in them.
Here is the usual progression:
Week1 - Finding your Ground: Feet, Legs, and Hips
Week2 - Moving from the Center: Core Strength (Abs, Glutes and Back)
Week3 - Reaching High: Upper torso, Shoulders, and Arms
Week4 - Bringing it all together: Flow Integrating the previous weeks
