The type of yoga I teach is alignment-based Hatha with a focus on full body stretching.
This means we hold the poses for a little longer than other faster paced yoga styles like Vinyasa or Ashtanga. This allows you to go deeper and really connect with your body and breath, making it more of a mindful practice than a simple workout.
Now I do teach a little differently as I like to tweak traditional asanas to ensure priority is given to alignment, and so that you get a way deeper stretch than normal.
As this is a private session we can tailor the class however you like, whether you want to become more flexible, build strength or perhaps just work on calming your mind and increasing focus.
Whatever your needs, whatever your level, I'll work with you. I'll support you in your practice by addressing any discomfort in postures, giving you verbal adjustments and variations that work for your specific body type.

One last thing - if you're new to my class, I'll ask for 10 minutes of your time to set up a short video call prior to class. This is just a brief chat, to get to know each other, and so I can get a better idea of how to best adjust the class for your individual needs.
