Hello and welcome to Compassion-based yoga classes!
Are you being hard on yourself? Do you find your inner dialog to be extremely critical of everything you do or you plan to do?
Do you feel shame around your body appearance?
Would you like to explore a different relationship with your body? Find the love for the body without changing the body?
If you want to experience more gentle and loving relationship with your body come along with me online and explore yoga as a tool for the self-reflection. This yoga classes are covered with a safe physical practice, mindfulness meditation, poetic meditation and breathing techniques.
There is no specific aim for these practices. The path to have a compassionate relationship with ourselves is followed by staying with difficulties and find the courage to look at it. Just by staying and holding the space for our internal experiences they are changing.
The intention of these five classes is to offer you the space where you can stay with your feeling and thoughts. By using different techniques, we will learn how to support and stay with what we truly experience. It is the compassion that makes a difference in how we relate to our being.
I wish you to experience just a moment of soft gaze, calming heart and loving awareness in your yoga practice.
My intention is not to teach you something about yoga, but offer you the wisdom of yoga practice so that you can learn something about yourself.
