Personalised Hatha Yoga class - 90 minute of a complete yoga immersion, including a:

- soothing shavasana (resting pose)

How to prepare for a class?
- have your own mat, 2 yoga blocks and a strap
- do not eat for at least 1 hour before the class
- switch off your phone
- wear comfortable clothes
