My name is Chintan. I teach yoga in a holistic, simple and traditional way. Students of all level are welcome to take up the session and I can customize the session based on the student's need.
My style of teaching is to pay lot of attention to synchronize breathing with each asana movement which is one of the important factor in yoga practice so that one feel energized and receive benefit from each asana.
I also specialise in meditation and yoga nidra.
